We are new home buyers with absolutely no experience in buying a house. With Jeni, not only did we get a realtor who made us feel like her only client, but we received a good friend too. Jeni walked us through every element of home buying step by step, ensuring that we weren't overwhelmed. Jeni made sure that even when she wasn't explicitly involved, (when dealing with loan companies etc.) she was there to advise and comfort. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and had MANY questions. Jamie was always available to address any questions or concerns I had and walked me through the whole process of home buying. I loved the materials they provided that outlined the entire process. This was especially helpful as I was a first-time homebuyer. Alex knew I was nervous about purchasing a home for the first time and that I felt I couldn't get what I truly wanted within my budget. She took the time to understand what I wanted and didn't want in a home, explained the entire process, and sent me options through the portal for easy viewing, and when I came across one I loved she was able to arrange for me to see it the very next morning. The seller wanted to close very quickly and she let me know that it was going to be fast and furious! But she kept me in the loop the whole way, was very transparent about things, and did an awesome job negotiating on my behalf. I decided to start looking for my home in April of 2019 and have been working with Jeni during the process of building my home.
